Excellent post, I’ve just started doing a lot of these very things for my sites. I do disagree with you on posting comments on Blogger blogs though. While they are generally no follow you can still gain a lot of traffic thorugh them, and a link that points to your site and brings people is never a bad thing

I seem to disagree with if they don't let you leave a back link then leave their site. That depends on the owner themselves and the even the commentator. I could leave a crap comment and link it to one of my posts. Would you accept or reject the comment? I would reject that comment if it does not relate to the post at well. very good tips in your post. I have learned aboutthe comment politics on many blogs i frequent.
